Air Elite Network Recognizes 2018 Diamond Service Award Winners

FBOs in Texas and London, UK take top prizes for outstanding operations and superior customer service

15 October 2018 – USA – The Air Elite Network announced its two highest scoring FBOs at the Annual NBAA Network meeting in Orlando, FL. The FBOs were named after the completion of the Air Elite Network’s global audit in September.

Alliance Aviation Service in Fort Worth, TX earned the highest score among North American members and Harrods Aviation Luton London, UK achieved the highest score among international members. Earning the respectable second and third highest scores in North America are Concord Regional Airport in Concord, NC and Galaxy FBO in Conroe, TX. Similarly, in the international arena, Skylink Services in Larnaca, Cyprus and Harrods Aviation Stansted London, UK were honored with the second and third highest scores.

Each Diamond Service location adheres to strict membership criteria, bi-annual audits, continual training, and member development. To maintain excellent service and facilities standards, all Diamond Service locations are audited by World Fuel Services every two years and the highest scoring members are recognized for their efforts. “The Air Elite Network welcomes operators who are committed to providing a superior level of service.
