QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. All passengers will pass medical check upon arrival.
  • 2. In case of symptoms of Covid-19, passengers will be quarantined in a hospital.
  • 3. Any symptomatic foreign citizen refusing required quarantine in a hospital, the entrance to the Republic of Armenia will be refused.
  • 4. All arriving passengers for entrance to the Republic of Armenia must either pass a payable PCR covid-19 test onsite at the airport in the Republic of Armenia or provide a  valid certificate demonstrating a negative PCR covid-19 test results upon arrival or provide the vaccination certificate with indication of two injections but the second injection should be done 14 days before arrival. The certificate should include full contact details of the medical company with appropriate signature and seal of the head of the company and the detailed information of the person who passed the vaccination. In case of the travellers registered in the designated system provided by the health authorities, the vaccination certificate which meets the requirements can be available through the appropriate mobile application. A passenger can submit a vaccination certificate using a mobile application or a paper version generated from a mobile application using a protected bar code (QR code).
  • 5. Any foreign citizen without valid negative PCR or vaccination certificate, refusing passing PCR covid-19 test onsite at the airport and refusing the registration in the designated system provided by the health authorities, the entrance to the Republic of Armenia will be refused.
  • 6. In case of passengers passing the PCR covid-19 test onsite at the airport in the Republic of Armenia, passengers must undergo self-isolation until the test results are available. Under standard circumstances the test results are available within 48 hours. In case of negative PCR covid-19 test results, the self-isolation requirement will be cancelled.
  • 7. Crew is kindly asked to inform passengers that payment will be required for the onsite Covid-19 test.
  • 8. In case passengers provide a certificate with a negative PCR covid-19 test results upon arrival, the test result must be available in English or Russian or Armenian and be performed no later than 72 hours before arrival. For infants below 11 months and 29 days the certificate is not required. The date of the sampling is required in the certificate.
  • 9. The negative PCR covid-19 test certificate must include the following information:   
    • the full contact details of the medical company with appropriate signature and seal of the head of the company and
    • the detailed information of the person who passed the test.
  • 10. Citizens of the Republic of Armenia, as well as their family members who are non-citizens of the Republic of Armenia, who refuse to apply the above mentioned measures after entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia, must be hospitalized or isolated for examination, treatment and for prevention of the spread of infection. The health and labour inspection body or the police will escort anyone who is going to be hospitalized or isolated to the appropriate special place.
  • 11. Entry and exit are permitted of cargo, passenger, military, and ambulance flight crews who are not symptomatic, with mandatory self-isolation till the departure time.

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

  • All foreigners and stateless persons (except citizens of Russian Federation, Turkey Republic, USA, Bahrain, UAE, Great Britain, Israel, Hungary and Qatar; for them different regulation is being applied) are allowed to travel to Azerbaijan under of below mentioned circumstances:
    • 1. Special permission from the Cabinet of Ministers;
    • 2. Temporary or permanent residence permit or work permit;
    • 3. Close relatives (parents, siblings, spouse or children) who are Azerbaijani citizens.
  • They have to hold PCR test (the difference between unveiling of test result and arrival time to must not exceed 72 hours); passengers over 18 years of age additionally have to hold COVID-19 passport (a document confirming full vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity to COVID-19)
  • Below mentioned requirements are being applied to the  citizens of Russian Federation, Turkey Republic, USA, Bahrain, UAE, Great Britain, Israel, Hungary, Qatar and from August 5, 2021, the following 20 countries will be added with the same requirements: Canada; Czech Republic; Federal Republic of Germany; Grand Duchy of Luxembourg; Kingdom of Belgium; Kingdom of Denmark; Kingdom of Spain; Kingdom of Sweden; Kingdom of the Netherlands; Republic of Austria; Republic of Greece Republic of Ireland; Republic of Malta; Republic of Poland; Republic of Portugal; Republic of Serbia; Republic of Singapore; Republic of Slovakia; Republic of Slovenia; Swiss Confederation  traveling to Azerbaijan (no special circumstances for the travel of the mentioned citizens):
    • PCR test (the difference between unveiling of test result and arrival/departure time to/from Azerbaijan must not exceed 72 hours)
    • COVID-19 passport (a document confirming full vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity to COVID-19)
  • Citizens of Azerbaijan are required only to have PCR test (the difference between unveiling of test result and arrival time to must not exceed 72 hours)
  • The requirement for passengers and crew departing from the Republic of Azerbaijan to undergo PCR testing for COVID-19 will be regulated by the carrier in accordance with the rules established at the point of destination;

 

RESTRICTIONS FOR TECHNICAL REFUELING/CREW REST

  • Unless crew members arriving in Azerbaijan have PCR test (the difference between unveiling of test result and arrival time to Azerbaijan must not exceed 72 hours), they are allowed to stay only in Fly Inn Airport hotel;

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

  • Entry rules for COVID-19 vaccinated visitors
    • Citizens of all countries, traveling by air from any country may enter Georgia if they present the document confirming the full course (two doses, one dose in case of Johnson & Johnson) of any COVID-19 vaccination at the border checkpoints of Georgia.
    • Except for any person coming from the Republic of India (regardless of citizenship and full course of vaccination) as well as persons who have a history of travel to the Republic of India during the last 14 days. They are subject to a negative result of the PCR test conducted in the last 72 hours before the visit to Georgia at the border and then - a mandatory 14-day quarantine (in the case of an alien, at his own expense).
  • Entry rules for non-vaccinated visitors
  • Georgian nationals: 
    • 1.    Georgian nationals presenting the negative result of the PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior the visit, will be subject to either self-isolation or to optional PCR examination at their own expense on the 3rd day of their stay in Georgia. If self-isolation is not possible, he/she will be subject to mandatory quarantine;
    • 2.    If Georgian national fails to submit the document confirming the PCR examination at the border, he/she will be placed in self-isolation for 8 days, and if self-isolation is not possible, he/she will be subject to mandatory quarantine;
  • For foreigners:
    • Citizens and residence permit holders of the following states may enter Georgia by air under the conditions mentioned below:

      • At the border checkpoint of Georgia they must present PCR-examination certificate conducted during 72 hours prior to travel to Georgia;
      • On the 3rd day of their stay, they are obliged to undergo PCR-examination at their own expense;
      • Before crossing the state border, they must complete the special application form, indicating the travel history of the last 14 days, contact details (address, phone number, email etc.) https://registration.gov.ge/pub/form/8_protocol_for_arrivals_in_georgia/tk6157/;
      • All individuals who have travelled to the Republic of India within the last 14 days will be placed in mandatory quarantine for 14 days upon entry. In this case, PCR-examination on 3rd day of their stay will be waived. 
  • Except for the above-mentioned categories, the restriction on entry to Georgia does not apply to:
    • 1.    Representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited to Georgia and their family members;
    • 2.    Family members of Georgian citizens, despite their nationality. (Spouse, children under 18 years old, relevant documents should be presented);
    • 3.    Persons arriving in Georgia as part of humanitarian mission – if trip of such mission (doctors, volunteers, etc.) to Georgia becomes a necessity;
    • 4.    Individuals who have been granted the status of stateless person by respective authorities of Georgia;
    • 5.    Individuals holding status-neutral ID card or travel documents;  
    • 6.    Individuals having a refugee status in Georgia;
    • 7.    Members of official delegations (will be decided on a case-to-case basis);  
    • 8.    Train and truck drivers, involved in transport of goods and services and airplane crew

 

RESTRICTIONS FOR TECHNICAL REFUELING/CREW REST

  • All crew members (regardless of nationality) are allowed to be entered in the country on GENDEC’s base and can be transferred to the special hotels. In this case No PCR tests will be necessary. They can enter without any issues.

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

  • Nationals of Kazakhstan and foreign nationals with residence permit can travel to Armenia, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Montenegro, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Sri-Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan without any restrictions.
  • Citizens of following countries with valid entry visa can enter Kazakhstan without Interdepartmental Commission approval
    • Armenia, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Russian Federation, Sri-Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan 
  • All other foreign nationals should have valid residence permit or entry visa and approval of Interdepartmental Commission (Regional COVID Staff), except the following:
    • Members of official and governmental delegations; personnel of diplomatic missions, consulates and international organizations, accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and their family members; airline crew members.
  • Ambulance flight - there are no departure restrictions for foreign citizens. For Kazakhstan citizens - the patient required an invitation letter from a foreign medical organization for treatment, with a notarized translation into Russian and medical report form "No.026/U" from the local clinic.

 

RESTRICTIONS FOR TECHNICAL REFUELING/CREW REST

  • For crew – no quarantine restrictions apply. Crew rest is possible.
  • No issue for technical stop.

 

QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS

  • All crew members are cleared to enter Kazakhstan on the base of Airline IDs and General Declaration, subject to thermal screening only (PCR tests and quarantine are not required).
  • Nationals of Kazakhstan and foreign nationals with residence permit, who have received a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 in the Republic of Kazakhstan upon providing a documentary conformation (vaccination passport), are not required to present COVID-19 PCR test certificates.
  • All other passengers are required to have negative PCR test result upon arrival, issued within 72 hours before arrival. Flight coming for technical-stop is not required. 
  • Quarantine is only applicable for travelers having fever upon arrival
  • All passengers, including nationals of Kazakhstan and foreign nationals with residence permit, arriving without a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificates or vaccination passports will not be allowed to enter Kazakhstan.
  • Children under 5 years old are exempted from the PCR test requirements if travelling with their family who are holding a negative test result certificate.

  • The airports of the Kyrgyz Republic are operating normally, the arrival and departure of PAX is carried out without difficulties.

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

1. For persons crossing the state border on the direction of entry into Republic of Moldova and come from countries classified as green areas (including those that have transit countries classified as red zone within no more than 24 hours) is established the obligation to present the negative result of the PCR test COVID-19, performed with the much more than 72 hours before boarding, for people traveling by means of common transport, or at most 72 hours before entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova, for people traveling with their own means of transport. Confirmation must be presented in one of the Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian languages.

 

2. Persons crossing the state border on the way to enter the Republic Moldova and come from countries classified as green areas and do not have a negative test result The PCR COVID-19 provided for in point 1 shall comply with the self-isolation regime with a duration of 14 days. These persons must complete the epidemiological file, as well as will sign the declaration on their own responsibility to respect the self-isolation regime for 14 days, in the declared places. In the case of minors up to 14 years of age, the epidemiological file and the declaration on your own responsibility will be completed and signed by the legal representative or by companion.

 

3. Exceptions are established from the provisions of sub - points 1 and 2 for the following categories of persons, if they show no clinical signs of infection respiratory or febrile condition:

 

3.1. persons holding a confirmatory vaccination against COVID-19, presented in one of the languages Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian. Proof of immunization is valid if at least 14 days have elapsed since the completion of the integral scheme of vaccination;

3.2. children up to 6 years old;

3.3. pupils / students up to the age of 18 who are to take exams, who go to study in educational units / institutions on the territory of the Republic of Moldova or abroad, or traveling for activities related to completion / organization / development of studies / participation in competitions or Olympics with the presentation of confirmatory documents, as well as their companions;

3.4. minors up to 18 years of age accompanied by persons holding an act confirmation of administration of the anti-COVID-19 vaccine issued by the authorized institutions Hungarian, presented in one of the languages Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Spanish Russian. The exception is based on the provisions of the agreement agreed between the Republic of Moldova and Hungary;

 

3.5. aircraft/ship crews and service personnel and brigades and trainset service personnel, drivers and train crew service of road goods transport vehicles and road transport vehicles persons who have more than 9 seats, including the driver. This exception shall be valid until 30 September 2021.

 

3.6. persons traveling for imperative health or humanitarian reasons, including the attendant, as appropriate (with presentation of confirmatory documents);

3.7. cross - border workers entering the Republic of Moldova from Romania or Ukraine, as well as those from the Republic of Moldova employees of economic agents from mentioned countries, which prove the contractual relations with the economic agents respective;

 

3.8. holders of diplomatic, service, official and special passports and others assimilated to them, as well as holders of Laissez-faire travel documents Passers issued by the United Nations, including family members staff of diplomatic and consular missions and organizations / missions accredited in the Republic of Moldova, and / or personnel involved in insurance humanitarian aid;

3.9. persons in transit (not exceeding 24 hours from the time of registration entry into the Republic of Moldova), the transit itinerary being established by the General Inspectorate of the Border Police;

3.10. persons who are summoned by the courts / law enforcement bodies from the Republic of Moldova, as well as their legal representatives, a fact proven by documents confirmative;

3.11. persons holding a confirmation of the presence of anti-COVID-19 antibodies, present into the one from limb Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian. act confirmatory It is valid on time of 90 days of to date making investigation.

 

4. For persons crossing the state border on the direction of entry into Republic of Moldova and come from countries classified as red zone (including persons who have transited countries classified as green areas) will comply with the self-isolation regime with a duration of 14 days. 5. Exceptions are established from the provisions of point 4 for the following categories of persons, if they show no clinical signs of respiratory infection or fever:

5.1. persons holding a confirmatory vaccination against COVID-19, presented in one of the languages Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian. Proof of immunization is valid if at least 14 days have elapsed since the completion of the scheme complete vaccination;

5.2. children up to 6 years old;

5.3. children aged 6 to 18 years, if they show a negative result of COVID-19 PCR test, performed no more than 72 hours before boarding, for persons traveling by public transport, or not more than 72 hours before entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova, for persons traveling by means of transport own. Confirmation must be submitted in one of the languages Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian;

 

5.4. persons holding a confirmation of the presence of anti-COVID-19 antibodies, present into the one of languages Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian. The confirmatory document is valid during 90 days of the date making investigation.

5.5. persons in transit (not exceeding 24 hours from the time of registration entry into the Republic of Moldova), the transit itinerary being established by the General Inspectorate of the Border Police.

 

5.6. athletes who travel in order to participate in sports competitions international meetings, camps and meetings, as well as organizers, officials and members sports delegations or their companions (parents or legal representatives of children minors), if it shows a negative result of the COVID-19 PCR test performed with at most 72 hours before boarding, for persons traveling by means of transport in common, or at most 72 hours before entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova, for people traveling with their own means of transport. Confirmation must be presented in one of the Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian languages;

 

5.7. aircraft / ship crews and service personnel and brigades and train service personnel, drivers and train staff servicing of road haulage vehicles and road haulage vehicles people for a fee who have more than 9 seats, including the driver. This exception will be valid until September 30, 2021. "

 

6. People in self-isolation (quarantine), regardless of the area from which they arrived, they can interrupt this regimen after the 7th day, if they perform a PCR test COVID-19, and the result is negative.

  • Please note that in accordance with a decree of the Government of Russian Federation and NOTAM A4699, entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons on the territory of Russia is temporary restricted with a few possible exceptions. In all other cases passengers may be refused to enter Russia., even if your flight has landing permission from FATA. It is Russian Border Control service who makes final decision regarding permission for foreign citizens to enter Russia, they do it during passport control in the airport after personal interview with passengers about the details of their visit, and due to the current COVID-19 restrictions this control is highly intensified. It is not possible for us to check this in advance, it is solely the passengers’ responsibility to make sure they have a valid reason to enter Russia at this period and they have all necessary documents to confirm purpose of their visit.

  • For the passengers arriving from UK 14 days quarantine is needed.
  • To perform flights inside RF and to countries of Customs Union (Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus) by aircraft with foreign registration it is required to go through special customs procedure which called IM53. IM53 procedure should be performed (without commercial benefit) by aircraft owner or owner representative directly or by customs broker according to agreement. 
  • But IM53 procedure is possible only for a foreign business aircraft weighing not more than 28 tons with the number of passenger seats not more than 19 and with the mass of a basic operating weight more than 28 tons but not more than 60 tons with the number of seats more than 19 but not more than 35.

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

  • All flights are a subject to case-by-case approval. 
  • Landing permit can be now obtained only via diplomatic channels. Landing clearance should be requested not later than 24 hours before planned landing. (standard 5 days lead time is however a common practice)

 

RESTRICTIONS FOR TECHNICAL REFUELING/CREW REST

Crew can rest up to only 72 hours if PCR test is shown.

 

QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS

  • PASSENGERS:
    • Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival and quarantine for 7 or 21 days.
    • They will be not allowed into the city until PCR-tests results are ready (3-4 hours)
    • Passengers arriving to Turkmenistan: 
      • Passengers and airline crew must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or proof of chromatographic determination of antibodies (IgM, IgG) in the blood; or a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
      • Test also should be taken after a/c landing (test before and after flight) 
      • Alternatively: Passengers can have a Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination certificate and aproof of chromatographic determination of antibodies (IgM, IgG) in the blood. (This does not apply to nationals of Turkmenistan)
      • Overnight at UTAV is depending on Diplomatic clearance
  • CREW:
    • PCT test mandatory same as for the passengers (no PCR tests and forms are needed for crew only in case of quick turnaround tech stops without overnight.)
    • Crew rest possible in: 
      • the airport hotel no longer than 72 hours, provided the crew has negative PCR Covid-19 test result obtained not more than 72 hours from the date of its issue
      • in booked city hotel, in case crew has certificate of covid-19 inoculation issued not less than 42 days from the date of vaccination. Duration of rest cannot exceed 72 hours.

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

  • Ukraine Government took a Resolution to open checkpoints at Ukrainian airports and allow entry for foreign citizens, who are not citizens of countries with a high spread of COVID-19 and have not been on the territory of such states for the past 14 days.
  • From July 2, 2021, all foreign citizens, citizens of Ukraine, holders of a permanent or temporary residence permit, stateless persons who arrive from India, Great Britain, Russia or Portugal or have been on their territory for more than 7 days within 14 days, are required to undergo a rapid test to determine the antigen of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus at checkpoints (control points) across the state border.
  • Foreign citizens and holders of a temporary residence permit without a negative result of a rapid test for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen, conducted at checkpoints (control points) across the state border, will be denied entry into the country. The presence of an insurance policy, as well as a negative result of a PCR test or antigen (valid for 72 hours), or a certificate of a complete course of vaccination also remain valid.
  • Citizens of Ukraine and holders of a permanent residence permit, upon receiving a positive result of an express test for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen, conducted at checkpoints (control points) across the state border, must go for self-isolation / observation with the installation of the Vdoma application.
  • Testing points for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen are located in the border control zones of checkpoints across the state border. The cost of testing is paid by the person who enters.
  • In accordance with the requirements of this Resolution it is forbidden for foreigners to cross the state border without insurance policy related to the treatment of COVID-19.
  • From March 24, 2021, all foreign citizens, without exception, regardless of the country of arrival to enter Ukraine must have a policy (certificate) of insurance issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or a foreign insurance company that has a representative office in Ukraine or a contractual relationship with an insurance company - a partner on the territory of Ukraine (assistance), and covers the costs related to the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and is valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine.
  • And also have one of the following documents:
    • a document confirming the receipt of a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines included by WHO in the list of approved for use in emergency situations: Pfizer/BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson's Janssen, AstraZeneca/Covishield (India), AstraZeneca/SKBio (South Korea), Moderna, Sinopharm, CoronaVac (Sinovac); or
    • a rapid test for the SARS-CoV-2 antigen (RAT) that was done no more than 72 hours before entry; The SARS-COV-2 coronavirus rapid antigen test must contain the following information:
    • full name of the patient;
    • regarding the study: the name of the disease or causative agent (COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, etc.);
    • type of study (immunochromatographic testing, immunochromatography assay, ICA, Lateral flow assay, LFT, rapid antigen test, etc.);
    • date and time of sampling (no more than 72 hours from biomaterial samping to crossing the border of Ukraine);
    • test result (negative, not detected);
    • country of study;
    • the name of the institution that issued the test result;
    • unique identifier of test results (code, QR code, etc.);or
    • a certificate of a negative PCR test result done no more than 72 hours before the entry.
    • Certificate of antibodies to COVID-19 will not be accepted.
  • The test is not necessary for children under 12 years.
  • For foreign citizens, there is no possibility to do the PCR test in Ukraine or self-isolate.
  • In the absence of a test and/or insurance policy the border crossing for entry or transit will be denied.The insurance policy, which was purchased through the portal, can be transferred for the required period for the tourist. The procedure for changing dates can be carried out several times.
  • The results of a negative PCR test for COVID-19 and an insurance policy are not required from transfer passengers who do not leave the airport transit zone and do not cross the border of Ukraine (unless otherwise provided by the requirements of the country that is the final point of their route).The insurance policy, which was purchased through the portal, can be transferred for the required period for the tourist. The procedure for changing dates can be carried out several times.
  • Any special issue should be double-checked with local agent and CAA. 
  • Ukraine citizens:
    • Since June 17, 2021, Ukrainians and holders of a permanent residence permit are exempted from the requirement to have or undergo testing and / or self-isolation with the installation of the Vdoma application when returning to Ukraine from any country in the world except the Republic of India, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Russian Federation, the Portuguese Republic.
    • If a person has spent more than 7 days in the territory of India, Great Britain, Russia or Portugal within 14 days, he / she must undergo a rapid test to determine the antigen of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus at checkpoints (control points) across the state border.
    • Upon receiving a positive result of a rapid test (or refusal to test) for an antigen, the person should go for self-isolation / observation with the installation of the Vdoma application.
    • PASS A PCR-TEST
    • A citizen of Ukraine, or a person with a permanent residence permit may not buy an insurance policy.
    • Certificate of antibodies to COVID-19 will not be accepted.

  • PLS NOTE OPERATING CREWS ARE EXEMPT FROM ALL COVID19 RESTRICTIONS EXCEPT HOLDING INSURANCE COVERING FULL COVID19 TREATMENT.

 

RESTRICTIONS FOR TECHNICAL REFUELING/CREW REST

  • No restrictions for technical refueling. Most of the airports had re-opened.
  • Operating crew coming from red zone can avoid observation staying for not more than 48 hours.
  • Any special issue should be double-checked with local agent and CAA. 

 

 

QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ministry of Health provided "List of States with a significant spread of COVID-19". Please see attached.
  • As advised by Border Force officers - all persons who are coming from the red zones will require 14 days self-isolation.
  • If a traveler comes from green zone country and can prove his stay in green zone country for the past 14 days, he may be exempted from 14 days self-isolation.
  • However, a traveler that came from red zone, completed needed formalities for self-quarantine or observation (registration in "ActAtHome/Dii Vdoma" app on a phone with Ukraine sim card number is needed) and crossed the border, can take an official COVID-19 PCR test in nearest lab or clinic that provide such service in the city at his earliest convenience. If test result is negative a person is freed from mandatory quarantine requirement.
  • Also, a person can be free from self-isolation in Ukraine in case he/she has a negative test result for COVID-19 by PCR, which was passed no later than 48 hours before crossing the Ukrainian border (starting from 1/08/2020). Installing app "ActAtHome/Dii Vdoma" is required.
  • Children under 12 years are free from self-isolation. 
  • ***The removal procedure from self-isolation with a foreign test result is not defined.
  • Please keep in mind that this means this option still depends on border officer decision on the spot.
  • Meaning whether he would find PCR test presented when crossing border suffice in terms of time passed and legitimacy or not..
