BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

• Private, charter, diplomatic, air ambulance and commercial flights are allowed.
  
• The Angolan government no longer require a negative PCR test to exit / enter Angola if you can provide evidence, such as a vaccine certificate, to show that you are fully vaccinated.
• If you’re fully vaccinated, you can enter Angola without needing to quarantine regardless of your reason for travel.
• If you’re not fully vaccinated, you may be advised to undertake self-quarantine for 7 days.
• Children under the age of 12 years old do not need to show proof of vaccination on entry to Angola.

• The government of Burkina Faso announced on June 7 that it had lifted all remaining COVID-19-related restrictions. The move means that arriving travelers no longer need to present either a negative result from a PCR test or proof of full vaccination. Nevertheless, some public service offices and health clinics may continue to require the use of a facemask.
• Authorities could amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
• Follow all official instructions. Abide by national health and safety measures. Consider delaying traveling if experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, as they may prompt increased scrutiny and delays.

•    Commercial flights to Burundi have resumed, and travel by air is permitted as Burundi's air borders are open for travel without any restrictions.

BUSINESS FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS

• The Cameroonian Prime Minister announced as of March 18, 2020, that all land, sea, and air borders would be closed until further notice due to COVID-19. While many airlines have been given permission to resume limited flights, officially the borders’ status is still “closed.”
• ALL CAMEROON AIRPORTS ARE CLOSED TO ALL INBOUND INTL FLIGHTS DUE TO COVID-19 INFECTION PREVENTION.THIS RESTRICTION DOES NOT AFFECT THE FOLLOWING FLIGHTS:
  • 1.AIRCRAFT IN STATE OF EMERGENCY

• The Cameroonian government has updated the previous policy of mandatory quarantine for travelers. Air passengers with a positive COVID-19 test result at the port of entry will be required to enter symptoms isolation at home or in a government facility at their own expense depending on their symptoms.  Although quarantine is not required, travelers may have been exposed to COVID-19 during their travels and are encouraged to limit contact with others for 14 days after their trip

The Cameroon government has announced that from June 15th, 2022, a 30,000F CFA ($50) fee will be charged for these tests to be paid by the patient.

Central African Republic

All passengers who test positive for COVID at the port of entry will be placed in confinement for a minimum of 72 hours and obliged to retake the RT-PCR, until they test negative.

• The government of the Republic of South Sudan has implemented enhanced screening and quarantine measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Travelers should be prepared for travel restrictions to be put into effect with little or no advance notice. U.S. citizens who are considering returning to the United States should utilize available commercial flights.
• If you are staying longer than three days, register with the Department of Immigration and Aliens Control at the Ministry of Interior in Juba.
• Per guidance issued on July 23, 2022, by the Ministry of Health in the Republic of South Sudan, inbound travellers must present a valid SARS-CoV2 PCR negative test certificate with a sample collected not more than 72 hours prior to arrival at the point of entry OR documentation of full COVID-19 vaccinations (completed at least two weeks before traveling).
