New World Fuel Knowledge Base for myWorld App and Online Flight Planning
The World Fuel Knowledge Base has been created for myWorld App and Online Flight Planning users. It contains articles and videos on how to use each software, such as logging in, running flight plans, creating a flight plan/weather package, and using the app as your electronic flight bag when flying.
The knowledge base can be found at https://wfscorp.helpjuice.com/. You’ll see buttons for myWorld App, Online Flight Planning, and Aviation Knowledge.
Clicking on myWorld App or Online Flight Planning will prompt a log in, and after you log in it will take you to a list of all the articles and videos produced for each. If you hover over the tabs at the top, you’ll see a table of contents where you can hyperlink to just the articles/videos for that specific topic. Click the topic name, and when you find what you are looking for, click the article or video name, and it will open.
You can also use the search bar for topic-specific articles or videos. For example, if you’d like to see information on filing a flight plan, type “filing” into the search bar, and all the content containing that word will appear. Please note it is a dynamic search, so you don’t need to press Enter or tab out of the box to bring up the results. Also, the search is limited to the software page you are on. So, if you wanted to search for “filing” in Online Flight Planning articles, you’d need to be on that page and not the myWorld App one.
Articles organized under Aviation Knowledge will discuss basic aviation knowledge not necessarily tied to software.
The programs and articles will be enhanced and updated as well. So, be sure to check back regularly to see what’s new.
