The nearest airports, Nice (LFMN) and Cannes (LFMD), are expected to be extremely busy with restrictions during the race weekend on May 24-26, 2024, as the F1 event overlaps with the famous Cannes Film Festival, held in Cannes, France on May 14-25, 2024. Per French DGAC (https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/documents/supaip/aip/id/6), slot and operating restrictions will go into effect at LFMD starting on May 14, 2024 – more information can be found below. For LFMN, since it is slot coordinated year-round, the only change will be specific flight restrictions during the race weekend (also listed below).

These restrictions are currently published in relation to the race. However, other temporary restrictions might be implemented and communicated via NOTAM. For full country, airport, and NOTAM information, log into myWorld App or Online Flight Planning. If you need credentials, click here.
