myWorld Web integrates the tools customers use most under a single sign-on. Our customer portal dramatically improves fuel quoting, setup, and access to invoices. myWorld Web is free to World Fuel customers. Setting Up Fuel
Who do I contact to set up fuel?
You can set up fuel in one of four ways:

- Log in to myWorld Web - our customer portal for fuel quoting, setup, and access to invoices. If you have any questions or need assistance with your login or password, please contact your sales representative.
I called Universal for fuel and the call was transferred to World Fuel. Why?
World Fuel Services acquired the UVair Fuel Program from Universal Weather and Aviation. You will find you receive great service, consistent fuel supply at competitive prices, and a host of additional functionality and benefits like Rewards points that you previously did not have access to. For more information, please contact your sales representative.
Why am I getting two emails every time I request fuel?
Our process is to send a confirmation to you when your request is received and another when it is processed. When the sales order is created, our system automatically sends the PDF of the order to you; therefore, you receive two messages.
When I call the numbers on the back of my cards, which option gets me to Fuel Dispatch?
Option 3 will connect you to a dispatcher.
The numbers on the back of your UVair card will work to contact the World Fuel Global Fuel Logistics team.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?
You can contact us in one of three ways:

What happens if my card gets declined?
To manage your current fueling, contact Global Fuel Logistics at +1 800 345 3818 (option 3) or +1 305 428 8010 or email [email protected].
To understand why your card was declined, contact your sales representative.
How are disputes of unauthorized charges handled?
These should be reported to and will be handled by your sales representative and collector.
Why am I receiving two fuel confirmation emails instead of one?
UVair only provided the fuel release. You now receive two messages - one contains the PDF of the Sales Order (SO) and the other is an email from World Fuel's Global Fuel Logistics team confirming that the fuel has been arranged.
Where are my cards accepted?
UVair Fueling Cards will continue to be accepted in all locations they are today.
Will I be given an AVCARD since World Fuel issues those, too?
If you would like to open an AVCARD account, reach out to your sales representative for more details on how to apply for one.
Pricing
I haven’t received the pricing file.
Contact your sales representative and they will address any issues.
I haven’t received my contract price updates.
Price Notification Reports are managed by your sales representative. Reach out to him or her for more information.

How can I quote fuel?
There are two primary methods to quote fuel either through Global Fuel Logistics or the myWorld applications.

- To get access to myWorld applications, contact your sales representative.
Invoice and Credit
I have questions concerning my invoice. Who do I call?
If you have any questions about your invoice, payment, or statement, contact your sales representative or collector.
If your question relates to an order filled by UVair before March 4th, you will need to contact Universal directly.
Where will invoices come from?
You will be invoiced by World Fuel Services for transactions completed after 00:01 March 4th. Please note that depending on the location where you purchase fuel, the World Fuel legal entity issuing the invoice and remit to address for payment could vary.

Who should be contacted to resolve any fuel charge disputes?
You should contact your assigned collector. They are responsible for managing all fuel charge disputes.
If it’s about an order filled by UVair before March 4th, you will need to contact Universal directly.
What happens to existing fuel orders I have?
Upon closing, all open orders will be transferred to and fulfilled by World Fuel. This will be handled by Universal and World Fuel. You don’t have to do anything.
Does my credit line stay the same?
All new customers to World Fuel will have a similar credit line to what they currently have with Universal. The World Fuel Credit Team is quickly reviewing all new accounts and your sales representative will communicate any adjustments.
Tax
Why is World Fuel charging me different taxes? I used to be exempt, why am I not now?
This could be caused by a number of different factors. If you are experience an issue, contact your sales representative who can assist you.

I used to be able to access fuel within uvGO, but I can’t now. Why?
